Shipping Address - Internationally

Shipping Address - PO Box
Unfortunately, we cannot ship bulk-brochure orders to PO boxes. The packages are too large for postal facilities to accept them.
Shipping Orders
Shipping orders can take 10-14 days to be shipped to your location. If you would like your order expedited, please contact visitor.services@destinationdc.com. Please include your order number and a phone number to reach you.
Picking-Up Orders
Orders can be picked-up on-site at our offices at: 901 7th Street, NW, 4th Floor, Washington, DC 20001. There is no shipping charge for orders picked up on-site. It will take a minimum of 48-hours to prepare the order. If you would like to check to see if your order is ready, before arriving at our offices, please contact visitor.services@destinationdc.com. Please provide your order number and a phone number to reach you.
Complimentary Guides
25 free guides are automatically added to your order. Every customer, group, or event will only receive the first 25 guides or maps complimentary. Any additional publications will result in a charge along with any shipping costs.
Upcoming Market Guides
If you would like to order official visitors guides for any upcoming seasons, including fall/winter (future season) and spring/summer (future season), please contact Destination DC’s visitor services team at visitor.services@destinationdc.com. The guides provide a comprehensive look at DC for the season, including its neighborhoods, attractions and seasonal events.
Bulk Order Policy
Destination DC provides discounts to specific institutions and organizations. Please review our Bulk Order Policy. If you are affiliated with any of the organizations on our Bulk Order policy; before ordering your brochures, please contact visitor.services@destinationdc.com to get a discount code for that organization or promotion.
